    This license entails a straightforward and flexible arrangement, exempting users from recurring fees or subscriptions. However, the licensor retains the right to terminate the license under specific conditions, including but not limited to breaches of this Agreement, misuse of the software, or other significant reasons deemed necessary to protect the licensor's interests.

    By opting for the Shaker's Kit Software License, users can enjoy the benefits of the software while acknowledging the licensor's termination rights, which are designed to ensure adaptability and address potential unforeseen circumstances.

    4. Refunds

    Due to the nature of digital products, Shaker's Kit boilerplate cannot be refunded or exchanged once access is granted. Exceptions may apply where required by applicable law.

    5. Disclaimer

    Shaker's Kit does not warrant that it will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. All express and implied warranties or conditions not stated in this Agreement (including, without limitation, loss of profits, loss or corruption of data, business interruption, or loss of contracts) are excluded and expressly disclaimed, as permitted under applicable law. This Agreement does not affect your statutory rights.

    6. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

If Shaker's Kit is found liable for any breach of this Agreement, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the software. You release Shaker's Kit from any obligations, liabilities, or claims exceeding this limitation.

    This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States. You acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Shaker's Kit as a result of using these services. You agree not to present yourself as a representative, agent, or employee of Shaker's Kit. Shaker's Kit will not be liable for any representation, act, or omission by you.
